I got a freakin' 360!!! I know, I probably should have waited and saved my money like a good money-saving person, but I've been pining for awhile now. That, and I have horrid self control. Anywho! It is simply amazing. I feel like I've just been welcomed into a great big sandbox of awesome games instead of sifting through kiddie/stupid party games. So tomorrow morning I plan on scurrying off to the mall to get Fable II, an action RPG (which has co-op!!!! Unheard of, right?) in which the player can choose to live righteously or evilly, based on a cause and effect system. Oh, did I mention that the townspeople are affected by your choices, which leads them to either love/hate/fear you? And did I also mention that you get a dog? Okay, arguably I'm the only one who would be excited about that. Annnnnd-- Your appearance changes in accordance to the choices you make! But my dear friends, you must come see the amazingness of my brand new (used) 360! And this game. I really didn't want to go to the mall on 'Black Friday', yet this game is enough to get me to brave all the crazy shopping people. Although starting on Christmas presents would be good...

It's that time of the week again! The time that I post! Yay me! Since I don't have much else to talk about, I'll try doing this meme, although I highly doubt it will be 15 people. In fact, I might just go ahead and change the rules, 'cause I'm such a rebel.

From this...
(1) List 15 celebrities you would have sex with without even asking questions.
(2) Put all of them IN ORDER of your lust for them. (15-1, 1 is the hottest.)
(3) Say which movie/show/thing it was that hooked you.
(4) Supply photos for said people.

~shloop~

To this:
1. List 12 13 people you admit are attractive. (This is a big step for me, guys!)
2. Put all of them in order of your specified attraction for them. (13-1, 1 is most attractive).
3.
Say which movie/show/thing it was that hooked you.
4. Supply photos for said people.

Let us begin!

13. (here I am, already outdoing myself): This guy.
So I don't know who this guy is, but I admit he's attractive in a super precious way. Since I don't know him otherwise, he's 13.

12. Fran Kranz.
Fran kinda sorta won me over with his awesomeness as Topher in Dollhouse. I mean, the dude's a genius and is as childish as I am! Not to mention the fact that since it's a Joss show he needs a hug.

11. John Krasinski.
Rhienne told me to watch The Office last month, and so I did (it's not like I have a life or anything). "Jim is soooo cute!!" She told me. And y'know what? He is! As the office prankster, Jim slacks off from work to partake in more important things, such as tease Dwight, talk to Pam, and play along with Michael's zany management tactics. Deep down, he's a really sweet guy who likes having fun and throwing the occasional snarky comment.

10. Jordan Blilie.
I started listening to The Blood Brothers in freshman year, was it? Well anyway, hooray for band websites where I can see pictures of people. Like Jordan Blilie! Singer of the band!

9. David Tennant.
Okay, the guy is a Time Lord. And a Death Eater. And has a Scottish accent. Not to mention that he's witty and fun-loving and full of energy and funny facial expressions.

8. Norman Reedus.
Two words: Boondock Saints. A movie about Irish twins killing bad people? Nice. Oh, bee tee dubs, they have accents.
I think this one explains itself.

7. Chris Pine.
I saw Star Trek opening day in Hawaii, going into the theater with only a scrabbling of Trek-knowledge and left with wide eyes and someone else I found attractive. His intelligence, impulsiveness, and charm worked into my brain-thing, I guess. Which is weird, 'cause I've always been slightly impartial to blue eyes.

6. Elijah Wood.
I'll always remember the little hobbit struggling through trials and tribulations to reach Mount Doom to destroy the One Ring. Not to mention cute little Casey in The Faculty. Elijah Wood, although short, is freaking awesome. His acting is top class, and he's done so much at a young age.

5. Zachary Quinto.
Zachary Quinto awed me with his performance of Spock, which eventually prompted me to start watching Heroes. It's great to see him in character, 'cause it seems to come so naturally to him. It's also fun watching him have epic vocabulary battles with Chris Pine.

4. Dominic Monaghan.
Dominic Monaghan is a hilarious guy who admittedly acts more like Pippin than Billy Boyd in "the real world". But hey! They're both amazing. When he isn't wowing audiences, Dom is being a fantastic friend. One of his most memorable quotes? "The dolphin? Is dead. Died in car accident."

3. Ewan McGregor.
Okay, so I'll be the first to admit that Star Wars: The Phantom Menace wasn't the best of movies. Yet I still find myself watching it from time to time because dude, it's Ewan McGregor! He's like Matt Damon, but not! And when he's not a Jedi, he's a play-write for the Moulin Rouge! So....yeah. Also, he apparently likes to chill in bathtubs.

2. Matt Damon.
You guys probably saw this coming, but Matt Damon is a HUNKSICLE! I don't even remember the first movie I saw him in, but he's another childhood crush. He's an excellent actor who can take on many a different genre and still be amazing. Go him.

1. Peter Pepper.
Peter Pepper. The summer between sophmore year and junior year I was introduced to Retard-O-Bot, an electrical rockish band that seems to defy the regular genre placements. And, as such, Peter Pepper was introduced to me as well. Peter, along with the rest of the band, seem to be genuinely nice people, spending time with their fans after shows and just trying to have a good time. His writing style is a magical adventure which delights the mind, and he's also, well, superb at life. Did I mention he's hilarious, too? Bask in his awesomeness!

"Do you know what's there, waiting beyond that beach? Immortality! Take it! It's yours!" - Achilles

Note: I don't think I'm entirely satisfied with their attractiveness placement, but I'm too lazy to fix it. So there. Rebels FTW!

Some days, I really wish I could disappear into a video game/book/movie, 'cause life just isn't exciting enough. And sure, it's a lot more dangerous, but what's a life-threatening situation in comparison to an adventure?

In other news, I picked up my Da from the airport today. I got lost, but, as my Da said, "then you got found!" He really is made of awesome. The awesome must run in the family.

Earlier I was watching Fullmetal Alchemist and jeez, that show is sad. I'd forgotten how utterly depressing and heart wrenching it is. It was that one episode where the alchemist transmutates his daughter into a chimera. And is fine with it. Then the scarred dude puts poor Nina out of her misery and constant pain, while feeling horribly guilty and confused. And now I'm sad. Could you tell by my writing? Hm. Perhaps I should use this sadness to write a depressing camacake story, with something bad happening to Calyx. Me, masochistic? lies. /sarcasm, if you couldn't tell.

Oh yeah, I also got a new game. Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga. 'Tis an RPG, and quite fun, if a little annoying at times.

Behold! I has a license! :D It has indeed happened, much to the disbelief of others and the great resounding joy of others still. :P So all is well and good amidst the little fairy people of my mind, now all I need is a job! (oh, and a checking account. But that should be dealt with soon). But yes. Now I can traverse all the wonderful world via the FUN VEE! And when my car isn't being the FUN VEE, it is being the Millennium Falcon. 'Cause I'm just that cool. So yeah. Halloween approaches steadily! I'm excited for it, even if I have no idea what I'm going to be doing with those dear people I refer to as friends. That, and Boondock Saints 2: All Saint's Day! I'm so happy for that one, man. If I had more energy, I'd explain in detailed scribbles of thought just how excited. :D

Other than that, I still need to decide what to do for my birthday. I was pondering with Moony about a shaving cream fight of epic proportions, given that it isn't too cold (unlikely), and I rolled the idea of laser tag through my head tambien. That, and I have a ton of friends, that hopefully can all show up. I do believe I know what I want for my birthday! From my lovely Maraudering buddies, drawings. Drawings, so I can decorate my walls with your beauteous artwork. :D (Note: I mention this here so that I don't forget about it later when people ask).

In a side note sort of thing, I like to daydream about us friendly fellows all living in an apartment together. The good times which will ensue~

Ah yes, a meme from deviantart to amuse you, my dear friends, and other various readers *coughunlikelycough*

Who sleeps in bed next to you?
Keely! My super precious not-exactly-sure-what-breed puppy. Well, she sleeps more by my feet, but whatever.

What's one of the stupidest things you've done?
Huh. There's quite a list, but one thing I can think of is in middle school I lent my jacket to a friend of mine and left the room. When I came back I intelligently stated, "Hey! I have a jacket just like that!" And then proceeded to face palm at my own stupidity. XP

What kind of magazines do you read? What news sites do you read?
Haha! The only magazines I read are gaming magazines, really. Nintendo Power comes in the mail~ As for news, The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. This says a lot about my character, doesn't it?

If you could see one band in concert right now, any band, dead or alive, which would it be?
One band? Hmm, right now it's most definitely Flogging Molly. :D

What's really disgusting?
The only thing that I truly find gag-worthy disgusting is mucus. Hence my fascination with it.

Name one odd item within five feet of you.
Um, well, there's a bag of dog treats. And some matches. Not to mention my straw collection hanging proudly on my wall. :D

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Hmm, I guess it would have to be Rock Band 2. 'Cause of the constant playing. Drums = thuper, thuper fun.

Where would you like to go right now if you had enough money?
IRELAND. Dear sweet Jesus, it's been my dream for about eleven years now.

What are you most excited for?
Right now? I'd have to say I'm quite excited for my pending road trip to Idaho and various west-coast states. Haha! It's kinda depressing that I took this semester off and the most traveling I've done is to Irvine. Oh! That and Halloween. A holiday dedicated to candy, costumes, and frightening people. :D

What websites do you always visit when you go online? What's your favorite place to visit?
Explosm, net, fanfiction.net, onemanga, com, and a groan at facebook, 'cause I don't do anything about my notifications, haha.

What was the last thing you bought?
Uh, Rock Band 2.

What's your favorite season?
Autumn~ It gets so nice and chilly here in SoCal. Hah. Not in any way a challenger to real cold weather, but it is nice. I also enjoy winter, 'cause snow is fun as hell!

Does the weather affect your mood?
It can! Some days I get really happy when it rains, 'cause it is ever so lovely to start a fire and curl up next to it, usually with a good book or something to poke at the fire. Marshmallows would be nice, too.

What is your zodiac sign?
Scorpio and Horse. Therefore, a Scorpionhorse monster! How cool would that be? Dangerous, too.

What new skill do you want to learn right now?
If I could instantly learn things, I would want to learn how to draw. That, and an assortment of different languages. :D

5 things (not people) you can't live without?
Adventures, air, food, wit, and humor. Or do the last two count as the same thing?

Do you have any siblings?
Yes, two living, one not-so-living. All older.

What's something you'd like to say to someone right now?
I'd really like to walk up to someone and say, "Don't you know what this means? This means that they win! We have to stop them!" And then run off in any given direction, leaving behind confusion. If they follow me, I woul

What subject in school did you remember the easiest?
Hm, oddly worded, but I was best at history and english. Yay me.

Ah, yes. So, uh, that whole "I'm gonna post every two weeks!" worked out really well. Haha! Oh well. Anywho, tons o' shit going on, in that way where there's nothing really going on. But you know how it is, right? Keely is doing well, minus that one thing that I don't feel like talking about. :P Oh yeah! It was my Da's birthday a few days ago. That was fun! I played him 'Birthday' by the Beatles via Beatles Rockband (haha! Like I can play real guitar), and proceeded to devour a large portion of the deelishus chocolate cake. I also went on an extravagant adventure! with my dear Prongsie~ we finally got to see Star Trek again, although we missed the beginning. And I got new clothes!! Some awesome boots and a couple of sweater-things that are simply AMAZING. Aside from acquiring Beatles Rockband, I also obtained Guitar Hero 5. Which is awesome, because now I have 2 guitars, therefore allowing a friend to play with me. :D
In accordance with my free time, I have decided to clean my room again. Which is a project all on its own, really. Alas, I need to prove all you people who think I can't do it wrong! It's in my nature. That, and I'm not sure if my dvd player is gonna work today. Although I was able to watch all three Star Wars movies! They make me love space more and more. Along with Star Trek. And then I realize that all the jobs I really want don't exist. D: Siiiiiiiiiigh. Ah well, there's always time for dreams. And stories! Speaking of which, Prongsie and I, whilst playing Guitar Hero 5, fell in love with the characters we created and decided to write a story based on their growing success and band life in general. It's quite cheerful! :D
Everyone is looking forward to Halloween, I do believe. I'm gonna be Captain Hammer, Snape is gonna be Dr. Horrible, Adam is gonna be Penny, and Moony and her Sam-creature are going to be Goldberry and Tom Bombadil.

Han Solo: Together again.
Luke Skywalker: Wouldn't miss it.

Just got back from a really short trip to Idaho. We went for my aunt's funeral, which ended up being bittersweet. While there, my family (sibling and parental unit and myself, collectively) discovered that we have another cousin! (niece in parental unit's case). Her name is Marylin and was a baby my aunt put up for adoption when she was a teenager (sound familiar, anyone? Then again, I don't think I told anyone too many details about that one). She's now give or take 40 years old, living in a nowhere town in Montana with her husband, Ed. It seems our family keeps getting bigger by a progressive increase of adoption-related children. Er, adults. Anywho, my aunt decided to be cremated and is placed just across the stream from my Ma and sister. It was a nice little service for close family and friends, and then a reception for later on at pretty much the fanciest place in Twin, The White House. It was the place where they had my sister's funeral, too. I think it's fitting, though, since my aunt was one for bling. At the memorial service, I went up to tell a short story about my aunt, and afterwards my (pretend) aunt Julie said, "When you were up there, I thought to myself 'It's Patty!' You look so much like her, and you even have the same mannerisms!" In short, it made me really happy to hear that. All in all, the trip was very cleansing.

Yesterday, I finally got around to playing Kingdom Hearts and by God that game is fun! So much to catch up with! Not to mention the ridiculous amount of good games that I'm expecting to come out as this year comes to a semi-close. In chronological order: Muramasa: Demon Blade, A Boy and his Blob, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, and of course No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. Here I am, giddy with gaming excitement!

I also recently finished reading Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. That series is made of fantabulousness and confusion~ Kurogane is my favorite~ And as for new manga, I started reading 1/2 Prince, which follows the story of a girl who lives in the future and plays a virtual reality game called Second Life. The game is like pretty much any MMORPG, except you actually get to participate in the game! You feel the pains and strains one would go through if it were real life, with the added bonus of increased stats that always come along in games (ie: you run/move faster due to the amount of agility points). It really is a ridiculous manga. I like it. :D

Well, I was hoping to update this thing with a happier title, but life happens, unfortunately. My Auntie Squeak died last night in her sleep. She had been having some heart problems leading up to this, and had a heart attack in her sleep, passing on. Her real name was Lynne, but since she was in our family we gave her a nickname (it's somewhat of a ritual/tradition among the Barry/Lincoln households). In short, it makes me sad. It's also slightly disconcerting to think that all three sisters (my mother, Debbie, and Auntie Squeak) died before their time in various different ways. Then again, death seemingly clings to the women in my family -- who's next, I wonder? In my lifetime, four women from the Barry side have died. That's not normal, is it? I feel so freakin' helpless. I wish there was something I could do to protect the people I love, even against sickness. God damn it. Death is just so disarming. Is this a test to see how much grief our family can put up with? I wonder how my uncle is doing. Poor thing, waking up next to a dead wife. Maybe he thought she was just sleeping at first. That would be even worse. Now I'm just depressing myself.  This is the first time I've seen my Da cry in awhile. I just hope we can both stop.
Now, a Native American poem:

Do not stand
at my grave and weep.
I am not there,
I do not sleep.

I am a thousand
winds that blow,
I am the diamond that glints
on snow.

I am the sunlight
on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle
Autumn’s rain.

When you awaken
in the morning hush,
I am the swift
uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.

Do not stand
at my grave and cry:
I am not there,
I did not die.

Ah, yes! I have successfully graduated high school! Well, I did last Thursday to be exact. It was great! Moony and I crossed the stage barefoot. Take that, society! I laugh in the face of propriety! Ha ha ha ha ha! ...ahem. Anywho, for grad night they kidnapped us kiddie kids and took us to this venue place that had a bouncy castle, a hamster ball, fake gambling, rock climbing, bungee trampoline thing, DDR machine, a racecar game, a whole truck full of video games, a silly dvd making thing, henna tattoos, a crazy hair booth, and a hypnotist. If the pictures ever show up, I'll download 'em to show you guys. We got back around 5:30 in the morning. I was dead to the world until about noon, but yeah. It was fun. :D My friend Emily also told me about this game called Pandemic II. It's really fun! The object of the game is to wipe out the human race via deadly disease. Madagascar is usually the only country that survives...damn you, Madagascar! Ahaha. Well, that was all fine and good, except now I'm sick. Which sucks, 'cause it's summer! I shouldn't get sick in summer! It's madness, I tell you. I went to the doctor yesterday and got medicine, so hopefully I'll improve soon. Since I've been sick, I started replaying Twilight Princess and watched The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. That was fun. :D But yeah! Other than being sick and all, being all done with school is nice. In a couple of weeks I'll be heading up to Idaho for a family reunion. Which means....roadtrip! It would be awesome to bring people, but I'm pretty sure we're running out of room in our car... Oh yeah! I have to get my permit so I can practice driving. So I'll be doing that sometime before the month ends, yup yup. Then you can all be proud of me once more! Speaking of pride, I was on the cover of the school newspaper! Woohoo!  Oh, and this place too! fame~ Moony is famous here too! And Snape, if you look in the background. So very exciting, this is! Like Yoda I speak!

Hey there! Well, it's been awhile, and stuff has happened, like it usually does. One week to go until graduation!! THE HECK YES. Then school will be over! Then it's just a week of senior activities until the actual graduation - June 18. Oh yeah! Prom was a week from yesterday. I had a lot of fun, actually!! It was quite exciting. :D Morgan was my date, and we were matching green buddies~ I actually danced too! Which is odd, 'cause I normally don't dance. Well, DDR doesn't really count, but I haven't DDR'd in a while. Oh! Emily invited me to join her Firefly roleplay! I'm excited to join the fun of that, too! I get to make my own character~ I wonder what positions they have open? hmm... but yeah! something for my creativity to work on. :{D <--- mustache! hehehe. And Prongsie and I started watching Heroes last weekend as well! It's really really cool so far!! I like it a lot. :D Although, I must admit I'm really looking forward to Sylar showing up~~ Not that Hiro isn't the most precious person in the universe!!! Is that what you guys are talking about when you say I'm adorable? 'Cause if I'm that precious, then I understand. Hahaha, I like how I made the topic of this conversation me. I'm so egocentric. :P As if life hasn't been amazingly awesome enough recently, We are watching Star Wars in English. Freakin' AWESOME!! It's like the world has opened up all it's happiness jars and left them on my front step. :D Pretty soon, I'll be crapping rainbows and sunshine with all the happy. So! I've been meaning to post on here since I got back, but I've been too busy doing other things that are not writing in my livejournal. But yeah! I GOT MY GOLD AWARD!!!! It's shiny and wonderful and it makes me wonder why I spent so much time working to get such a tiny piece of metal. Hahaha aww. But not to worry! I am damn proud to have gotten it and to achieved the highest award in Girl Scouts! I can put it on my application when I'm fifty and people will still be impressed! Hoo ha! For the ceremony, us Maui people had to get up ridiculously early -- frickin' 4 in the morning -- to get on a plane so we could meet with everyone else in time over on O'ahu (the rehearsal started at 8 and our plane left at 6). But yeah! other than a somewhat annoying lady and the playing of the song "Yankee Doodle" (okay, so it was a weird flutey intro to it, but we all heard it!) and being hungry, it wasn't too bad. I gave a speech that I wasn't really prepared to give, but I made people laugh and the people giving me my Gold Award congratulated me on my public speaking abilities. Anywho! on Sunday we got to go shopping at Ala Moana shopping center, which is the biggest shopping center around on O'ahu! and that morning was when I saw Star Trek. Oh my llama!! It was friggin' awesome. And since that moment, I have become a Trekkie, it seems. My da is one, which he has totally been hiding from me for my entire existence, but he was saying he'd love to buy the original series on dvd. So hopefully we can watch it together!! The whole movie is just love. And Karl doesn't die!! People have to stop killing off Lord of the Rings characters! Poor Dom.... Spock is amazing, by the way~

List of people my Da needs to dress up as for Halloween:
  • Abraham Lincoln
  • Spock
yaaaaaaay! Hahaha. By the end of this week, I will have seen Star Trek four times in almost four different theaters. XD

Hokay. So I am in an ultimately good mood today. First off, today was freakin' FANTASTIC! It was a half day at teh skool, so us kiddie kids (coughfriendscough) decided to go have a picnic at the park! It was quite fun. I conjured up some sammiches, Moony brought some salad and made some of her delicious shoyu-seasoned nuts and a salad, Zoe commenced with the bringing of joocy joose and Morgan brought some Coke and 24 hot pink plastic cups! It was a fantabulous event. Then we went and climbed to the top of the rocket ship, zipped over to the swings, and tried to make sense of the new play structure that was more modern art than play structure. I mean, seriously, those wibbly wobbly un-grippable surfaces are un-playable! yeesh. There was also one of those neon orange plastic fences put up around a hillock and a magical tortoise (which apparently my da's friend made) and Zoe dubbed it THE FENCE OF NO. It was a moment in history when we traipsed beyond its plastic bounds. We also discussed our collaborative future in which we would all live in a giant house (possibly a hobbit hole XD) with a giant backyard, garden, firepit, treehouse, the works! oh, lots and lots of pets for me. Yus. Dear Moony would decidedly have hordes of children 'cause she's so downright motherly! (she takes care of me too...) and they would all be delightful hippie children~ Morgan would have a child just like Flapjack! and Zoe would have two children, a boy named Gregarious who would be quiet and plotting and a little sister named either Paprika or Sophie who would be JUST THE SAME as Gregarious. Just like their mother.... And last but most certainly not least, I would have a child named Narwhal! just because they are the unicorns of the sea~ He would be quite the troublemaker and probably almost always have a band-aid or dirt on him somewhere XD. Of course, Gregarious and Narwhal would be frenemies. And Moony's children would be quite peaceful and also delightfully dirt-coated. And their names would begin with R's! To keep with the family tradition. :D And although I can't draw for crackers, I started trying to draw what they would look like. Ah yes! the joys of living!

O HAY GUISE! haha. It's been awhile since I've updated the world of my goings-on. Well! Lots of stuff has happened! I went to Maui for 5 days to finish my freakin' Gold Award, and we finally did! Now I have to go back in May to get the actual award... Anywho! I also feel a lot happier than I was whenever I posted my last entry. Which is good! I hate being depressed. D:  Oh yeah! I bought Tenchu: Shadow Assassins (or Tenchu 4) and it's really fun!! I'm not the best at it, but I'm improving! :D I also got to hang out with Prongsie yesterday! We had lots of fun! and I bought.... brace yourselves..... A TREASURE CHEST! XD I'm so excited to paint it!! I decided to put my video games and anime in it, for right now at least. :3 Oh, and I also got a good smelly candle (exotic woods sounds delightful, doesn't it?) and 2 volumes of Samurai Champloo, and a book of Bleach. Kisuke is back!!!! YAY!! aaaaaaaand he's gonna be hardcore in the next chapter!! at least I really hope so. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find DOGS when we were at the bookstore. D: While driving around yesterday, Prongs and I decided that Queen is awesome and that we should buy some of their albums!  I should write another [info]camacake  story soon. whee~

Hi there! well, here it is, the weekend. Today was rather exciting at school, we're finally done reading Wuthering Heights in English (yes!! sorry, Moony) and we've started A Brave New World. From what I've heard, it's sounds like quite the exciting book. We had an activity today to further stabilize the idea of social classes in the book by dividing the class into alphas and epsilons. I'm an alpha, which means I'm at the top of the food chain, with the highest level of intelligence and essentially is created to be the ideal human. I guess. Epsilons, in contrast, are at the very bottom and therefore have the lowest level of intelligence. It's an interesting aspect of the book. Oh yeah! at the end of the day today, I was waiting to go home when Parker saw my shirt and said, "You have a Tardis on your shirt." I instantly said, "You know?!" and we had a connecting moment. XD She showed me her Tardis USB port (which doesn't work anymore, but she keeps it around because it lights up and  vworps) and her dalek phone charm! It also lights up and spins whenever she receives a text or a phone call. I want one! it's so freaking cool!

Backtracking to Thursday, Prongs came over and she showed me an amazing new anime called Kuroshitsuji. It's really cool!! Sebastian reminds me of Silas XP Prongsie's favorite character is Grel. I have yet to pick a favorite though~ Oh! Pronsiekins also watched How the West was Fun! Flapjack episode and really liked it. It's one of my favorites ^^

I also wrote some [info]camacake and plan on posting it soon. Y'know, the mermaid story. Tomorrow we have a party at our house for my graham cracker and granola's 50th anniversary. I get to see some familia! well, moreso than everyday. 'Tis exciting!

Hello there! Well, and eventful weekend. First, I went into town Saturday morning to meet up with Moony and Snape at Jew church (shoal? I don't know how to spell it...) so I sat at the bus stop. While I was sitting there, an old man came to sit next to me. He had a Harry Potter hat on and he spoke in an accent and he gave me his transit bus pass with "look, 1,2,3,4. Four more times you can ride free. You take it," as he so kindly put it. When the bus finally came, he ended up not having any money so I used one of the bus passes for him. He thanked me and I said it was no problem. It's fun meeting random nice people. :D

Anywho, after that, we ate lunch at teh Roobie's and headed off for Prongsie's house. We watched Wizard of Gore, Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away. I finally bought Howl's Moving Castle the other day, which makes me very happy ^^

And the bonus of today was.....ice cream from an ice cream truck!!! We were sitting around, watching Doctor Who when Snape asked, "Is...is that an ice cream truck?" The three of us listened (Moony was away at a Civil War reenactment, the lucky child) and we heard the familiar tinkling of an ice cream truck, come to give us kiddie kids our delicious frozen treats. :3 Prongs stated that it looked like a serial killer van (which it did), and the people looked like serial killers too. We laughed. Life was good.

The Glorious End!

Sigh. Monday. Well, this weekend was fun! I got to help Katrina by participating in her video for a scholarship, and I got to waste time and successfully not do my homework. I also got the new Franz Ferdinand cd! It's quite nifty ^^ There's a new Flapjack this Thursday. I'm excited :D

Today was very meh. I got kinda depressed as the day progressed, not sure why. We have no food in our house besides cereal. D:

As we were driving home, my da made a comment on how today is a very introspective day. I agreed, and added that maybe it had something to do with the weather.

You know what's annoying? When little whores run around and pretend to be oh so innocent.  Grr, I hate how shallow people at school are. Sickening.

So, tomorrow, or more accurately later today, I head for Hawaii. Not really excited at all for this one, seeing as I'll be doing Girl Scout work the entire time and then probably more work that is not fun to fill in the time when I'm not sleeping. Sigh. So much for ski week.

But hey! on a lighter note, I got to spend a lovely afternoon with my buddies~ Oh! and Zelda playing! Zelda is goooooood :D Let me say that Link is made of awesome. And so is Midna.

Also, Demetri Martin's new show is spectacular!! You should watch it next Wednesday night at 10:30 :3 Of course, the new Flapjack was fantabulistic as well~

Sally Syrup: Seashells from faraway lands!
Flapjack: I've been to faraway lands!

Dood! So I've been planning on starting Naruto Shipuuden again, but this time I'm gonna watch it with Prongs, cause I think she'd like it. (More characters that aren't the main three that she doesn't like, and the characters are bound to be cooler than before :P). But yeah! that led me to rewatch a few of the old episodes from way back in the day in the chuunin exams! And let me just say, the Suna kids are badass. I forgot especially how badass Temari is!! I'm a real big fan of hers! XD crappy pun intended.

Camacake gaiden is ending up to be amazingly awesome too! I love it~ Moony has a name now! It's Ixchel, Ixy for short. So cyute, yeah? Yesterday we were working on their outfits :D So this weekend, we should be able to work some more on it!! I'm excited~

I should be doing homework since all my teachers decided to give me a lot tonight, but wasting time on the internet is just so much more fun! hahaha. Procrastinating.

Oh yeah! found the best picture ever on the internetz yesterday!! so freakin' funny!! XDD
